Oak Bay Rotary is pleased to assist with fundraising for The
Mustard Seed (Food Security Distribution Centre) in the purchase
of a commercial Food Dehydrator and a large Home Stainless
Style Freeze Dryer. This equipment will enable the Centre to
rescue even more food with the ability to make products out of
fruits and vegetables such as fruit leather or dehydrated powders
for smoothies, baking etc.
